The aim of this domain is to get more out of the heart you already have — as an organ, as a signal, and as a source of intuition.
The heart is not only a pump. It contains its own nervous system, with tens of thousands of neurons that can sense, remember, and fire without waiting on the brain. Most of the traffic on that pathway runs from the heart to the brain, not the other way around. When the heart rhythm is chaotic, attention and feeling both get noisy. When the rhythm is coherent, the signal the brain receives is cleaner.
We train that coherence using HeartMath methods and heart-rate variability biofeedback. You watch the live signal and learn to bring it into a steady wave. Higher HRV is a practical marker of a nervous system that can recover; slow breathing and HRV training raise vagal tone in a way that has been replicated well beyond any single brand. Coherence is how we practice intuition from the chest instead of trying to think our way into it.
