Who sees what.
Effective September 10, 2026.
Applications are read by Matthew Harrison, doing business as SF MENS and the men who run SF MENS with him. They are not posted, sold, or shown to the circle.
Bloodwork is health data. We do not operate a laboratory. Before your first draw we name, in writing, the licensed clinician who will order the work and the CLIA-certified laboratory that will draw and process it. Typical partners for this kind of panel in California are independent clinicians using Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp; the actual names on your order are the ones we send you, not a generic brand on this page.
The laboratory sends results to you and to the clinician. With your written consent the clinician sends us a coaching summary for the quarter: the markers we agreed to watch, and the changes since last time. We do not receive the underlying specimen. We do not put lab PDFs in a shared folder. Other members never see your numbers.
The website collects your name, email, and the answers you give when you apply, so we can reply and run membership. We also record which step of the application you reached, so we can see where men leave. That record is a session, not a profile.
The member app uses the same account email and the domains you are working on, so the virtual experiences can meet you where you left off. It does not sell that data. It does not collect your location or your phone's health sensors. If that changes, this page will say so before it does.
We keep records for three periods, then we delete them.
Applications: two years after you last write us.
Lab notes we use for coaching: the current membership year. The underlying bloodwork stays with the laboratory and the clinician.
App and account data: while your membership is active, then twelve months.
