The first experience.
Effective September 10, 2026.
The first field experience is fully refundable if it is not right. Write us. There is no form to argue with and no call you have to make to earn it.
That promise covers the first experience only. After you have completed one, later experiences follow the cancellation rules in the membership agreement: fourteen days' notice for a credit to a later experience; inside fourteen days we keep the cost unless we cancel or a clinician says you cannot go.
If we cancel, you get that experience refunded or moved, your choice.
